Our Story

Full Circle Health Network was created by and for community based organizations. CBOs are the backbone of California’s systems serving vulnerable children, youth and families. Our founding CBOs recognized shared infrastructure would help ensure their clients do not miss out on the opportunities created under California’s Medi-Cal reforms.

We believe that CBOs are an essential part of the strategy to address social drivers of health and to reduce health inequity. Full Circle provides CBOs efficient access to Medi-Cal managed care contracts and the full suite of administrative services needed for delivering high quality, culturally aligned care.
